- Avoid smoking. It contributes to heartburn and damage digestive system.
- Quite alcohol. It creates heavy heartburn.
- Do good regular exercises
- Do not eat late at night & don't lie down right after eating.
1.Always keep your self neat and clean.
2. Bath daily for 2 times one in the morning and second in the night.
3.Always use a good bathing soap like dettol etc.
4.Always wash your hands before and after meal properly.
5.Always use body Talc's and deodorants as it will keep you fresh and germ free.
6.Exercise daily and go for long walk in morning and night.
7.Always eat good quality food avoid junk foods etc.
8.If you like junk food then make it at home or buy it from any branded company.
9.Keep your kitchen neat and clean away from germs and insects.
10.Always wash the plates, utensils properly before using.
