I like the idea of this smoker. I cannot determine if it uses chips logs or those disks like the Bradley Smokers?
I do not have a "smoker" and after looking around think that this one looks like a great bargin if it works. I think that I may ask about this return policy.
I also might wait a little while, since this is a seasonal item the display model might be offered for cheaper. That would be even nicer since it is not a necessity.
